They say “Whatever happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas” and if you go you will understand why!


I have been to Las Vegas, Nevada 3 times; August 2014, May 2017 & March 2019.

Hotels: Tropicana, Bally’s and Planet Hollywood.


Planet Hollywood is my favorite of the three for many reasons; the casino is nice, their pool deck is amazing, it is located inside the Miracle Mile Shops, lots of good restaurants and it is in the center of the strip.


Highlights: Every time I have been to Las Vegas I have stayed 3-5 days and it has been more than enough time for me! First off, if you love to gamble and party; this is the place for you as it never stops. There are literally slot machines in  the airport so you can definitely always test your luck wherever you go !


Ladies, if you enjoy partying then Las Vegas always has free cover for ladies at majority of the nightclubs and lounges. There is always promoters all over the strip to give you event information. When in Las Vegas, you HAVE to check out a day party. My favorite is Wet Republic which is located in the MGM grand hotel. The pool is nice, the crowd is always while and the DJ's are on point !!!


Las Vegas is a place that I never get tired of because there is always something new to see and do. You can walk the strip and stumble across so many cool things; hotels, restaurants, malls, casinos, rides and more. Las Vegas has good shopping as well! They have malls along the strip as well as two outlet malls; one north of the strip and one south of the strip.


This year, I finally got a chance to go downtown Las Vegas and it was incredible. There’s restaurants, the older hotels, entertainment, souvenir shopping and a few cool rides. Fremont Street is filled with exciting things to do! A MUST SEE !

Keep in mind that if you are exploring the strip that it is LONGER than you think. The hotels all look close but are far in distance if you are walking.


Nightlife:  Drais Nightclub, Chateau (Paris Rooftop), Tao, Cosmopolitan are my favs!
There are always concerts and celebrity appearances in Las Vegas as well. I would suggest that you be on the lookout for parties online prior to traveling.


Food 8/10 – It’s American cuisine for the most part. One of my favorite spots is " Hot N Juicy " if you love seafood then it is the place for you! As well Gordan Ramsey's burger restaurant in the Planet Hollywood Hotel.  


Recommendations: Go to a show, Visit downtown Las Vegas and go to a day party.


Pros:  The weather is great- always HOT.
The nightlife is good.
Casinos everywhere – if you enjoy gambling.
LAS VEGAS DOES NOT SLEEP - there is always something cool happening!


Cons: If you do not like to walk, you may want to consider getting a car, rides share
or taxi service.

Hey Friends! As promised here is my "go to packing list" that I wanted to share with you all. Keep in mind that you may not always need everything on this list or things may be missing depending on your personal preferences. Road Trips 🚗

Hey Friends 💖 Since my blog is all about traveling, I wanted to talk about road tripping! “I been trippin, I'm trip trippin " ♫♫♫ When I was a kid, my parents would always take my brother and I on road trips to Québec City to visit our family. At the time, I lived in Halifax, Nova Scotia so that was 12 hours in the car! 😐  To be honest, I do not enjoy driving long hours anymore but I must admit road trips can be fun and an adventure when you are traveling with people! I have taken numerous road trips from Toronto, such as to Niagara Falls, Buffalo, Ottawa, Québec, Montreal, Blue Mountain, Nova Scotia, Virginia and Florida! If you are not in a hurry to get to your destination, I would say stop somewhere on your way and check out a new town/city!
